If not, then stop. if they have, look in the source code. Run a ctrl+f with the name of the link…if you see "nofollow" then go to the next site….if you then you have a chance.

2. Since you're not a real critic youtube seems like the best option, you could get tons of views which could later make you able to get money from advertises if you'd start your own site/blog. If not on youtube then I don't know, find a network for movie buffs that accepts all reviews. It's hard, the big guys hire their own people. You could try to work for free for a site or something (send them a review and say you're willing to start with free pay) or start your own blog.

3. Yes, you can't violate copyright. That could get you into a lot of trouble. You must ask permission and if needed pay for the rights to use their materials.

5. You never EVER make a video review longer then 10 min tops, it will bore people to death and will load really slow.

6. Find the company that releases the game (e.g EA) and contact their legal department (always find in "contact us" page – they'll work it out with you) and yes you must pat rights for video games as well.

With 100 pages, I recommend the use of Server Side Includes (SSI). You DO NOT have to have PHP to use SSI unless you use the PHP include coding. The main thing is that your server allows use of SSI. I use SSI and I do not use the PHP version of it. Any content can be updated by editing the include file(s) and the uploading/overwriting the original include file(s). All changes will appear on all pages that have the include code calling those include files.

I'm not sure what u mean by "hand code" though. Wether it's typing all ur code without using other people's code or software generated code, or using Notepad / Wordpad as ur developement grounds.

In any case, I always use development software because it is convenient, for example it connects directly to ur FTP servers, so u don't have to change code then upload each time. Other nice things include but are not limited by:
- nice code coloring for different tags and syntax.
- code suggestion (aka start typing a function name or variable and it will give u a list of possible things u were trying to type)
- debugging tools

I don't use code generators, if that's what u meant by "hand code", but i certainly use dev tools for the above mentioned advantages. Always pure coding, no graphical interface or drag and drop. I write my own dhtml and ajax, although there are some code snippets out there that are quite good (which i use for non professional website that doesn't take security issues into account).

One of the annoyances with code generators is that they leave a lot of gibberish in your code which makes it hard to debug. Also the tabbing often gets messed up and u have to go over and re-tabulate it. Dunno about the newer versions, but that's how it was about 3 years back and I really got annoyed by these, so I never touched them again.

That said, you seem pretty confused. Photobucket isn't used to create HTML. Photobucket stores the images you want to display on a Web page; it doesn't store HTML.

In re: why this might not work on your Web page, it would make more sense for you to provide a link to the page on your Web site so we could see the code in full and tell you what is wrong.

If the connection is fine it should be fine, drag files independently and see if you can go to them. You can also log into godaddy and view them with their java application.

I used this as the basis of a system to trade stocks. It worked, but only if you use it long and short. I abandoned it because the equity curve was not very smooth. Adding filters on market conditions helps, i.e. you take trades only when the market trends.

Check to see if photobucket allows you to insert coding. I have a feeling that it doesn't and that's why you're having problems.

Now, you might find a Charter-friend that knows his way around that, and can internally reprogram the box…but I wouldn't hold my breath, because I would be dead before that would happen.

Normally, property taxes are paid to the municipality or county by the owners of rental properties. But State and Federal Governments are tax exempt so they pay no property taxes.
